1. Membership Validation
   Payment constitutes your immediate and full membership with Women in Pipe, valid for a period of one year.

2. Member Benefits
   Your membership grants you access to all services and benefits reserved for members, including access to the network, participation in events, mentoring opportunities, visibility through our communication channels, and involvement in collective projects.

3. Personal and Non-Transferable
   Membership is strictly personal and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared with another individual.

4. Refund Policy
   In the event of a payment error or exceptional circumstance (such as duplicate payment or technical issue), a full refund will be provided. No refund will be issued once membership has been confirmed and benefits accessed.

5. Image Rights
   By joining Women in Pipe, you consent to the use of your name, image, and likeness (such as photos or videos taken during events or activities) for communication and promotional purposes of the association, both online and offline. If you wish to opt out, you may notify us in writing at any time.

6. Code of Conduct
   As a member of Women in Pipe, you agree to uphold the association’s values of respect, inclusion, integrity, and collaboration. Any behavior that discriminates, harasses, or undermines the dignity of others will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership without refund.
