Women in Industry Award: SMEs​
Recognizes a small or medium-sized company taking concrete action to support women, promote equal opportunities and strengthen their place within the pipeline and piping industry.
Women in Industry Award: Large Companies​
Recognizes a large company demonstrating a strong and structured commitment to advancing women, promoting equal opportunities and creating a more inclusive pipeline and piping industry.

The AWARD Ceremony
June 18th 2026
The first edition of the WIP Awards took place on Thursday, June 18th, 2026, at ‘Tout le monde en Parle’, in Paris.Â
The Women in Pipe team is proud of this ceremony that brought together about 80 attendees to award 4 exceptionally deserving women and 2 companies. The event was also an opportunity to highlight the journeys of our 36 applicants, coming from 13 countries during our networking cocktails.Â
To our candidates, to the WIP team of volunteers, and to our sponsors: thank you for making the WIP Awards what they were.
For Women in Pipe, this evening reinforces our desire more than ever to keep going: to continue paving the way, building bridges, sharing our knowledge, inspiring others, and showcasing all the talent in the pipe community.
