Women in Pipe is organizing an unprecedented event!

The WIP Awards aim to recognize:

  • Companies demonstrating a concrete and measurable commitment to developing female talent
  • Women whose contribution to the “pipe” is remarkable.

The goal is to make the promotion of female talent a real driver of competitiveness and attractiveness for the sector.

Awards Eligibility Conditions
🏆Women in Industry Award (WIA) (trophies awarded: 1 SME + 1 large company)
Recognizes a company demonstrating concrete actions to support and promote women in the “pipe” industry. Being a company operating in the “pipe” sector (builders, operators, engineering companies, machine manufacturers, service providers) The initiative presented must: Have been implemented within the last three yearsPromote women in the pipe industryDemonstrate the company’s commitment
🏆Parity Transformation Award (PTA) (trophies awarded: 1 SME + 1 large company)
Recognizes a company that has undertaken a significant transformation in favor of diversity. Being a company operating in the “pipe” sector (builders, operators, engineering companies, machine manufacturers, service providers) The initiative presented must demonstrate: An increase in the number or percentage of womenWomen’s access to technical or operational positionsThe implementation of concrete actions
🏆 Field Excellence Award (FEA)
Recognizes a woman working in the field or in an operational technical role. Demonstrate field experienceDemonstrate recognized expertise and/or significant leadershipBe recommended by a company in the sector The application must demonstrate: Commitment to the results of one’s workPassion for this sector of activityContribution to the improvement of the sector or career development or recognition by employers or distinction through one’s
🏆 Industry Ambassador Award (IAA)
Recognizes a woman who actively contributes to promoting pipe-related professions and gender diversity. Currently working or having worked in the pipe sector or a related field The application submitted must: Highlight awareness-raising actionsContribute to the visibility of womenDemonstrate a non-discriminatory approach
🏆 Next Generation Award (NGA)
Recognizes a young female talent with high potential. Be under 30 years of age and have less than 5 years of experience in the pipe sectorBe recommended by a company in the sector The application submitted must: Demonstrate an interest in the pipe industryPresent participation in internal or sector initiativesProvide evidence of professional experience in the sector
