IPLOCA (International Pipe Line and Offshore Contractors Association) is a global trade association representing over 240 leading pipeline construction companies across more than 40 countries. Founded in 1966 and independent since 1989, it promotes knowledge sharing, business opportunities, and high standards in health, safety, environment, and ethics. Its mission is to support sustainable energy infrastructure and foster the growth of its member companies. Governed by a volunteer board of directors, IPLOCA also collaborates globally through associations like the World Federation of Pipeline Industry Associations. The Secretariat, led by an experienced Executive Director, manages membership, communications, and events.
