The big night is almost here. On June 18, 2026, the Women in Pipe Awards will bring together women and companies committed to gender parity in the pipe industry — for an evening of trophies, networking, and celebration in the heart of Paris.
A Record-Breaking Edition
This first edition of the WIP Awards marks a milestone for the association. With 36 candidates from 28 companies across 13 countries, the momentum has grown well beyond France’s borders. Five award categories are on the programme, with a total of 7 winners to be announced: 3 women, 2 small companies, and 2 large corporations.
What’s on the Programme?
The ceremony will take place from 7pm to 11pm at Tout Le Monde En Parle, 4 Rue du Départ, 75015 Paris.
The evening will unfold in four highlights:
- Honouring the candidates — women and companies competing for the trophies
- Presentation of the nominees by category
- Announcement of the winners and trophy ceremony
- Dinner cocktail — a chance to connect with fellow professionals, companies, and industry partners
Five Categories Recognising Commitment
The WIP Awards celebrate two types of actors: women and companies.
On the women side, three awards will shine a light on different profiles: the Field Excellence Award (a woman working in a field or operational technical role), the Industry Ambassador Award (a woman actively promoting pipe-related professions and gender diversity), and the Next Generation Award (a young female talent with high potential in the field).
On the company side, the Women in Industry Award and the Parity Transformation Award will recognise organisations, one small and one large, taking meaningful action to promote women and drive real change towards greater parity.
