I am convinced that the future of the pipeline industry relies on knowledge sharing, opening the sector to new generations, and our ability as an industry to evolve with the times. Behind every project, there are above all passionate men and women, highly technical professions, and a strong field culture that deserves to be preserved and promoted.

Through my involvement with Women In Pipe, I want to help showcase the diversity and richness of our industry, which is still often unknown to the general public. My objective is to create connections between experienced professionals and young talents in order to encourage knowledge sharing, curiosity, and the desire to join this sector.

I also strongly believe in the importance of promoting a more inclusive industry that better reflects today’s society. Encouraging the presence of women in technical and industrial professions, highlighting diverse career paths, and showing that everyone can find their place in this industry are values that are particularly important to me.

Finally, I want to help promote a modern and positive image of the pipeline sector: an innovative, people-oriented industry looking toward the future, while preserving the values of solidarity, rigor, and knowledge transmission that define it.
