Specialized training programs development

Faced with a growing shortage of skilled professionals in pipe-related trades, the industrial sector is experiencing a dual challenge: passing on essential know-how and preparing a new generation of workers capable of meeting the technical, environmental, and organizational demands of today’s and tomorrow’s worksites.

In response, Women in Pipe is launching a technical training program specifically dedicated to pipe-related professions.

To develop training courses firmly rooted in field realities, the association is setting up collaborative working groups bringing together industry professionals, experts, and companies.

This initiative marks the beginning of a solid, inclusive training offering designed to address the technical and human needs of the sector.
